What does unlimited scanning under fair use mean?
It covers normal staff-led scans during genuine client consultations. Shared logins, automated or bot traffic, reselling access and unusually abusive usage are not included.
Which devices are supported?
ScanSkinAI runs in a modern web browser on the phone, tablet or laptop you already own. No dedicated camera booth or analysis machine is required.
How quickly can a small spa get started?
Most teams can create an account, buy a seat and run their first staff-led scan the same day. There is no hardware installation; consistent lighting and a clear front-facing photo produce the most useful comparisons.
Can the scan experience use our branding?
The separate hosted scan page can display your clinic name, logo, colours, introduction and booking button. Staff-led reports and supported shareable assets can also carry company branding.
How is client data handled?
Client photos and records are private and company-scoped, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by role-based access. Photos are used to provide the service and are not sold. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Can we compare a client's visible progress across visits?
Yes. Saved client history lets staff compare scans from different visits. For meaningful comparisons, use a similar camera position, pose and lighting each time; the results are cosmetic consultation aids, not a medical diagnosis.
Which services cost extra?
Customer-facing hosted scans use separate one-time credit packs. Facial Analysis Pro and Face Studio Pro are optional at US$99 per month per location, each with 500 uses per month. The annual staff seat remains a separate subscription.

1. Complete the facial scan
Run the Facial Scan for your client. Each result is saved separately with its own unique report number.
2. Open the Tracker
From your account dashboard, open the Tracker section to manage all your client profiles in one place.
3. Create a client profile
Tap Create New Profile or Add Client. Use a name, initials or an internal client ID / reference for privacy.
4. Link the scan result
Inside the profile, tap Add Scan or Link Existing Scan and choose the report by date or unique number, then save.
5. Add future scans
On the client's next visit, open their profile, tap Add Scan and link the new result to keep progress in one timeline.
6. View previous history
Review results in the profile, or go to Account → Profile → History to see every scan report stored in your account.
