Present your clinic and genuine member offers to people exploring skincare services. A qualifying paid Enterprise seat includes optional Lavender partner participation; one seat is enough. Listings are reviewed, and bookings are not guaranteed.
An eligible clinic owner opts in through Lavender Partners. Enterprise trials do not qualify. Joining does not change your billing, seats or scan credits.
Add your location name, full address and booking details. Set a real member price or added benefit, currency, card level, dates and terms. You fund your own offer.
Submit the provider and offers for approval. Once active, listings appear here. Use the in-app scanner to verify clinic visits; manage your offers and visit history privately.
It is the directory of participating Lavender providers and their approved offers. Partners set their own prices, services, dates and conditions. You can browse without signing in; an active Lavender card and live eligibility verification are required to use an offer.
No. Search the current directory to confirm providers in your location. London, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Sydney and New York are location searches, not promises of local coverage. An online service may have a registered address but does not provide an in-person spa appointment at that address.
A free Basic Lavender card can qualify for offers marked All members. Full-card offers require eligible active personal 3-month or 12-month membership, including valid complimentary grants. Both personal plans include facial scans within their existing allowances. Neither plan includes clinic treatments or extra credits through Lavender.
Read the service, dates and terms, then contact the provider directly to confirm availability and suitability. Open a fresh Lavender QR at the participating clinic; authorized staff check your live eligibility and confirm the visit. For an online service, follow the provider’s stated redemption instructions. Pay the provider directly.
The offer terms decide. New-client offers stop qualifying after a recorded visit to that provider; other offers may allow repeat visits during their validity period. A fresh QR is required for a new presentation, and the same QR cannot be confirmed twice for the same offer.
Clinic owners with a qualifying paid Enterprise membership can opt in through Lavender Partners. One paid seat is enough. Add accurate location details and genuine offers, then submit them for review. Only approved active providers with approved, unexpired offers appear in the network. Trials do not qualify.
No. Listing confirms programme approval, not a clinical accreditation, treatment recommendation or guarantee of bookings. Members should independently check provider credentials and discuss treatment suitability. Providers remain responsible for services, appointments, payment and complaints.
Yes. Full Lavender cardholders—active personal 3-month or 12-month members—get member rates on the ScanSkinAI Online Dermatologist Review: $28 for the 8-hour priority review (normally $39.99) and $12 for the 48-hour review (normally $19.99). The review is educational photo commentary delivered by email, not a diagnosis.
