What a pack costs
There is no subscription, no organisation account for participants, and no per-user licence. You buy scans, share one link, and stop when the credits run out.

| Pack | Price | Per scan | Typical workforce covered |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 scans | $249 | $4.98 | Up to ~80 people at realistic participation |
| 100 scans | $449 | $4.49 | Up to ~150-170 people |
| 250 scans | $999 | Best unit rate | Multi-site or 350+ headcount |
Cost per employee versus cost per scan
Cost per scan is fixed by the pack. Cost per employee depends on how many people actually take part, which is the number your finance approver will ask about.
Worked example: a 100-scan pack at $449 shared with an 80-person workforce is $5.61 per employee in scope, even if only 60 people scan. If 60 scan, the cost per completed screening is $7.48 and you still hold 40 unused credits for a second push.
Use the planner on the product page
The Screening Pack Calculator and Budget Planner on the screening packs page work out cost per scan, per employee, per site and per month from your own headcount, participation and site count.
How to size the pack
Count who is in scope
Either total headcount, or just the high-exposure outdoor roles if you are starting with a pilot.
Apply a participation rate
Voluntary, well-communicated rounds typically land between 40% and 70%. Use 50% for a first round unless you have prior data.
Add headroom for a reminder push
Round up to the next pack. Late participants after a reminder message routinely add 10-20% more scans.
Decide on repeat rounds
If you plan an annual programme, a larger pack bought once is cheaper per scan than two small packs and can be spread across the 12 months.
How credits are consumed
- One credit per completed screening from your dedicated link or QR code
- The link is shared, so anyone you give it to can use a credit until the balance runs out
- Balance and usage are visible on your order management page
- When the balance hits zero, buy another pack — the same link keeps working
Validity and expiry
Your screening link is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any scans left unused after that date expire together with the link.
In practice this rewards a planned campaign over an open-ended offer. Set a launch date, a reminder date and a closing date, then reopen the link for inductions across the remainder of the year.
Managing your order after purchase
- Go to /workplace-screening/manage to see scans used, scans remaining and expiry
- Retrieve your screening link and regenerate the QR code for new posters
- Buy a top-up pack when the balance is running low
- Share access details internally with whoever runs the campaign day to day
When a subscription is the better buy
Swipe the table sideways to see all columns
| Situation | Better option | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wellbeing day, safety week, one campaign | One-time pack | No subscription to manage, fixed spend |
| Charity or funder donating checks | One-time pack | Anonymous participants, clean single purchase |
| Year-round coverage for the same staff | Annual SME plan | Repeat checks per employee across 12 months |
| Clinic or spa capturing consumer leads | Facial scan plans | Different product, branded lead capture |
Getting it approved internally
- Frame it against an existing exposure control budget, not a new line item
- Quote cost per employee in scope, which is usually single-digit dollars
- Note that there is no ongoing commitment and no software to administer
- Include the anonymity guarantee — it pre-empts the privacy objection
