A CARD THAT FOLLOWS YOUR MEMBERSHIP
The Lavender Card is an optional digital membership card for ScanSkinAI personal members. It connects your account with offers supplied by participating medical spas and other approved providers. An offer may be a member price or an added benefit, with the details set by the provider.
You choose whether to activate it. Joining Lavender does not replace your existing membership, change your renewal or add scan credits. A paid personal plan remains a ScanSkinAI membership; any treatment you book at a partner clinic is a separate purchase from that clinic.
Think of Lavender as access to optional partner perks—not prepaid treatments, insurance, unlimited spa entry or a guarantee of savings. Check what is actually available near you before deciding whether those extras are useful.

Available offers, prices, dates and new-client conditions are set by each partner. Full does not include free clinic treatments.
Single scans, starter passes and Enterprise seats do not independently unlock a personal Full card. If Full access ends, the card returns to Basic under the existing membership rules.
A medical spa discount is useful only if the location, service and conditions work for you. The Partner benefits directory shows approved offers with the clinic’s full address, service, price or added benefit, and terms. Search by treatment or clinic and narrow the results by category, location and availability.
Categories include facials, skin treatments, injectables, laser and energy, body, hair, wellness, consultations and other benefits. These are browsing categories, not a promise that every category has an offer today. Each partner decides which services to offer; availability can change.
Lavender welcomes partners internationally, but it does not promise a clinic in every country or city. Browse current listings before upgrading or travelling. A Full badge means membership eligibility, not that an offer has started, a booking is available or a treatment is suitable for you.

Showing a card is only the beginning. The clinic checks your eligibility and confirms the offer.
Open My Lavender Card from your Profile and opt in. Basic is available to free personal members; Full follows eligible active personal membership. Your current scans, plan and renewal stay unchanged.
Browse by category and location, then check the full address, offer dates, member price and terms. Contact the clinic and book directly where needed. Check treatment suitability with the provider—not with the card.
At the participating clinic, open your card and tap Show QR. The code expires after five minutes. Authorized clinic staff scan it, check your live card eligibility and select the offer being applied.
The clinic confirms the visit and applies its offer. Pay the clinic directly; ScanSkinAI does not collect the treatment payment. Your confirmed visit appears in My visits, and the clinic keeps its own visit history.
Offer start and end dates, card levels and new-client conditions apply. Recurring offers may allow repeat visits under their terms; new-client offers stop qualifying after a recorded clinic visit. The same QR cannot be confirmed twice for the same offer, and a screenshot alone is not proof of eligibility.

If you already want ongoing ScanSkinAI membership, Lavender Full adds access to Full-exclusive partner offers while that eligible membership remains active. Both the personal 3-month and 12-month options provide the same Lavender level; choose your duration for the core membership, not an assumed number of spa visits.
The plans shown are ScanSkinAI’s current personal memberships, with their live prices and included services. Partner availability is optional and can change, so do not assume a particular discount will repay your membership cost. You can start with a free Basic card and check the local directory first.
FOR MEDICAL SPAS & AESTHETIC CLINICS
Lavender gives participating clinics a place to present genuine member offers and verify confirmed visits. It is a voluntary partner programme, not a guaranteed lead source. Clinic owners with a qualifying paid Enterprise membership can join; one paid seat is enough, while trials do not qualify.
Add your location name and full address, then define a member price or added benefit with its currency, dates, member level and clear terms. Clinics and offers are reviewed before appearing in the directory. Providers fund their own offers, handle bookings and collect payments directly from clients.

Your card is not a medical record. No scans, reports or health information appear on it. Authorized clinic staff use limited membership details to verify an offer, while confirmed visits remain available in the programme’s private history.
Lavender activation and marketing consent are separate choices. You can withdraw from the programme without cancelling your membership or deleting health records. The card does not diagnose a condition, recommend a procedure or determine treatment suitability; those decisions belong to you and the provider.

Activating a Basic card is free for personal accounts. Full card access follows an eligible active personal 3-month or 12-month membership, including valid complimentary grants. There is no separate Lavender card charge. Treatments, consultations and products at a partner clinic are not included in the card: you pay the provider directly.
Active personal 3-month and 12-month memberships provide the same Full Lavender access while their membership lasts. A single scan, starter pass, Enterprise seat or Enterprise trial does not independently qualify for a personal Full card. Your card reflects your current personal access rather than giving extra scan allowances.
Sign in, open your Profile and choose My Lavender Card. Enter the name for your card and agree to the programme terms. Email updates are a separate, optional choice. Activation is voluntary for both free and eligible paid personal members. If you already have an eligible membership, you do not need to purchase a separate card.
No. Lavender offers are available only at participating, approved partner locations, and only under the terms of each offer. A global programme does not mean every city or country has a partner. Check the Partner benefits directory for current clinics, full addresses, start and end dates, and card requirements before booking or choosing a paid plan.
Some offers are for new clients only and stop qualifying after a recorded visit to that clinic. Other offers can be used on repeat visits within their validity window, subject to their terms. A fresh QR is needed for a new presentation. The same QR cannot be confirmed twice for the same offer; showing the card without clinic confirmation does not create a visit record.
Full access follows your eligible personal membership. If it expires, your card returns to Basic access. Cancelling renewal does not itself remove access before the membership’s stated end, subject to the existing membership rules. Withdrawing from Lavender makes the card inactive without cancelling your subscription or deleting your health records.
No scans, reports or health information appear on the card. Authorized verification shows limited membership information, including your first name, card level and validity, so the clinic can check an eligible offer. Confirmed visits are recorded for the member, clinic and programme administration. The card is not a medical report or a treatment recommendation.
No. Unlike some medical spa memberships, Lavender does not bank treatment credits, provide unlimited spa entry or include a monthly treatment. It is an optional ScanSkinAI digital membership card with access to provider-funded offers. Your ScanSkinAI plan and any services bought from a clinic are separate.
A clinic owner with a qualifying paid Enterprise membership can voluntarily join Lavender Partners; one paid seat is enough. The clinic supplies its full address and creates genuine offers with prices or added benefits, dates, access levels and terms. Clinics and offers require approval before listing. Joining does not change existing billing, seats, scan credits or clinic tools.
