Hosted scan page

Your own branded AI scan page — live in a day

The hosted scan page is a public page under your clinic's branding where anyone can take an AI facial skin analysis. No website changes, no developer, no app. You share a link or a QR code, and every completed scan becomes a lead in your dashboard.

Setting it up

  1. Choose your address

Pick the slug for your page — this becomes scanskinai.com/scan/your-clinic. Keep it short; it is what people type after scanning a poster.

  2. Add your branding

Upload a logo and set the accent and background colours, headline and intro text. The result page inherits the same branding, so the whole journey looks like your clinic.

  3. Point the booking CTA somewhere useful

Add your booking URL and choose the platform — Vagaro, Fresha, Boulevard, Zenoti, PatientNow, Aesthetic Record, Pabau, AestheticsPro, Mangomint, Mindbody, Square Appointments, Booksy, Treatwell, GoHighLevel, Calendly, Timely, Jane or Other. The label on the button is yours to write.

  4. Decide on treatment recommendations

If you have built a treatment library, switch on clinic treatment mapping and the result page will suggest your own treatments against the client's weakest metrics, after the general lifestyle tips.

  5. Publish and share

Activate the page, then use the Share & tracked links panel to copy the link, download a QR code, generate a social poster or copy a ready-to-send message.

Ways to share it

  • Plain link for bios, emails and SMS
  • QR code for reception desks, treatment rooms, window decals and print
  • Social poster in square (1:1) and story (9:16) formats with your logo and a scannable QR
  • Tracked links tagged with a channel and campaign so you can see what actually works
  • One-time invite links that expire after a single scan — useful at events or for gifted scans

Credits and campaign budgets

Scans run against a credit balance you top up in packs. Each completed scan debits one credit; failed scans and identical repeat photos within the caching window are not charged.

Campaign allowances let you ring-fence part of the balance. Assign, for example, 200 credits to a paid social push and 100 to reception walk-ins, and neither channel can spend the other's budget.

Languages and accessibility

The hosted page can be shown in 20 languages, selected by the visitor from a dropdown, so international and multilingual clients see the flow in their own language.

Clients can either upload a photo or use direct camera capture in the browser, with guidance on framing and lighting before the shot is accepted.

What the page is not

The hosted scan page performs a cosmetic facial skin analysis. It is not a medical diagnosis and it is not a skin cancer check. Keep clinical claims off your headline and intro text — describe the scan as a skin analysis and consultation starting point.

Start with the QR code

Clinics that place a QR code at reception and ask every waiting client if they would like a free skin analysis almost always out-perform their own social campaigns in the first month, at zero media cost.

Writing the page so it converts

  • Headline: name the outcome, not the technology — "See what your skin needs in 90 seconds"
  • Intro: one sentence on what they get, one on what happens next
  • Booking CTA label: use your own words, e.g. "Book a free consultation"
  • Keep clinical claims off the page — this is a cosmetic skin analysis, not a diagnosis
  • Set the accent colour to your brand colour so the result page still feels like your clinic

Running it day to day

  1. Check the lead list each morning

New leads show their scan summary, channel, campaign and CRM delivery status. Sticky report access on desktop means you can review a full report without losing your place in the table.

  2. Send treatment plans from the dashboard

For leads worth a personal touch, generate a treatment plan email that uses your clinic signature and your own treatment library.

  3. Watch the credit balance

Top up before a campaign, not during one. Campaign allowances tell you which push is consuming the balance fastest.

  4. Refresh the poster each season

Regenerate the social poster when your offer changes; the QR code inside it always points at the same live page.
